Ai p\u00ebrcakton t\u00eb drejtat, detyrimet dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebve, duke siguruar qart\u00ebsi dhe mbrojtje sipas ligjit shqiptar t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<br> Sipas Kodit Shqiptar t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs, kontrata e pun\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb zyrtarizohet me shkrim. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb rastet kur kontrata nuk mund t\u00eb hartohet me shkrim p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb justifikuara, pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb me shkrim brenda 7 dit\u00ebve nga data e fillimit t\u00eb pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit. Kjo siguron q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb detyrave dhe pritshm\u00ebrive t\u00eb tyre.   <\/p><p><strong>Elementet kryesore t\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrate pune sipas ligjit shqiptar<\/strong><br> Kodi i Pun\u00ebs urdh\u00ebron q\u00eb \u00e7do kontrat\u00eb pune n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb disa element\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor\u00eb:<br><strong>1. Identifikimi i Pal\u00ebve<\/strong> :<br> Kontrata duhet t\u00eb identifikoj\u00eb qart\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsin dhe pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsin, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb emrat e plot\u00eb, adresat dhe \u00e7do detaj tjet\u00ebr personal p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.<br><strong>2. Vendndodhja e vendit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs:<\/strong><br> Kontrata duhet t\u00eb specifikoj\u00eb se ku punonj\u00ebsi do t\u00eb kryej\u00eb detyrat e tij, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb adres\u00ebn e zyr\u00ebs ose vendndodhjen e vendit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<br><strong>3. P\u00ebrshkrimi i pun\u00ebs:<\/strong><br> Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim i qart\u00eb i p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit dhe lloji i pun\u00ebs q\u00eb ai pritet t\u00eb kryej\u00eb. Kjo ndihmon n\u00eb menaxhimin e pritjeve dhe siguron q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb rolet e tyre. <br><strong>4. Data e fillimit:<\/strong><br> Kontrata duhet t\u00eb specifikoj\u00eb dat\u00ebn kur fillon marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia e pun\u00ebs, duke siguruar q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt t\u00eb bien dakord se kur do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb puna.<br><strong>5. Koh\u00ebzgjatja e kontrat\u00ebs:<\/strong><br> Kontrata mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ose me afat t\u00eb caktuar (n\u00eb raste t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta) ose me afat t\u00eb pacaktuar.<br><strong>6. Pushimi me pages\u00eb:<\/strong><br> Kontrata duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruaj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e punonj\u00ebsit p\u00ebr pushim t\u00eb paguar (pushime).<br><strong>7. Periudha e njoftimit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfundimin:<\/strong><br> Marr\u00ebveshja duhet t\u00eb specifikoj\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e njoftimit q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet sipas ligjit p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb pun\u00ebs nga secila pal\u00eb.  <br><strong>8. Detajet e pag\u00ebs:<\/strong><br> Duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhen element\u00ebt q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb pag\u00ebn e punonj\u00ebsit, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pag\u00ebn baz\u00eb, shp\u00ebrblimet dhe \u00e7do shtes\u00eb shtes\u00eb. Gjithashtu, duhet t\u00eb specifikohet data dhe shpesht\u00ebsia e pagesave t\u00eb pagave. <br><strong>9. Marr\u00ebveshjet kolektive (n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e aplikueshme):<\/strong><br> N\u00ebse ekziston nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje kolektive q\u00eb rregullon marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnien e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb sektor ose vend pune t\u00eb caktuar, nj\u00eb referenc\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb kontrat\u00eb.<br><strong>11. Periudha e prov\u00ebs:<\/strong><br> Kontrata duhet t\u00eb specifikoj\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatjen e periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb prov\u00ebs. Periudha e prov\u00ebs lejon si pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsin ashtu edhe pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsin t\u00eb vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb n\u00ebse marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia e pun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme. <br><strong>12. Kjo q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr lidhjet dhe pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e tyre.  <\/p><p><strong>Elementet Kryesore t\u00eb nj\u00eb Kontrate Pune sipas Kodit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri<\/strong><br> Kodi i Pun\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00e7do kontrat\u00eb pune n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb disa elemente:<br><strong>1. Identifikimi i Pal\u00ebve:<\/strong><br> Kontrata duhet t\u00eb identifikoj\u00eb qart\u00eb si pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsin ashtu edhe pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb emrat e plot\u00eb, adresat dhe \u00e7do informacion tjet\u00ebr personal t\u00eb tyre.<br><strong>2. Vendi i Pun\u00ebs:<\/strong><br> Kontrata duhet t\u00eb specifikoj\u00eb q\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb kryej\u00eb detyrat e tij.<br><strong>3. P\u00ebrshkrimi i Pun\u00ebs:<\/strong><br> Duhet t\u00eb jepet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim i qart\u00eb i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre dhe llojit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs q\u00eb ai pritet t\u00eb kryej\u00eb. Kjo n\u00eb menaxhimin e pritshm\u00ebrive ndihmon q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb rolin e tyre. <br><strong>4. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Fillimit:<\/strong><br> Kontrata duhet t\u00eb specifikoj\u00eb dat\u00ebn kur fillon marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia e pun\u00ebs, duke siguruar q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt jan\u00eb mbi t\u00eb.<br><strong>5. Koh\u00ebzgjatja e Kontrat\u00ebs:<\/strong><br> Kontrata mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb me afat t\u00eb caktuar ose me afat t\u00eb caktuar.<br><strong>6. Leje vjetore:<\/strong><br> Kontrata duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e punonj\u00ebsve p\u00ebr leje vjetore (pushime).<br><strong>7. Afati i njoftimit p\u00ebr largimin nga puna:<\/strong><br> Kontrata duhet t\u00eb specifikoj\u00eb afatin q\u00eb ka sipas ligjit p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e pun\u00ebs nga secila pal\u00eb.<br><strong>8. Detajet e Pag\u00ebs:<\/strong><br> Element\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb pag\u00ebn e pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb baz\u00ebn, bonuset dhe \u00e7do shtes\u00ebn shtes\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen. Po ashtu, duhet t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat dhe frekuenca e pagesave t\u00eb faqeve. <br><strong>9.
