The domiciling of the registered office at our firm is a service placed at the disposal of companies and branches of non-resident companies, which enables them to base the registered office of their business at the address of one of our offices (Tirana, Vlora, or at our partners’ premises in Durres), for communication to the Chamber of Commerce and the Inland Revenue Department.
Our secretariat will take care of receiving and forwarding all correspondence, including notifications of tax or court documents and recorded delivery letters with notification of receipt. Management of a certified email box (PEC) can also be added in certain cases.
