Frequently asked questions

What should an employment contract include?

The parties, duties, place of work, duration, working hours, salary, leave and notice periods, as required by the Labour Code. We tailor the contract to your business.

How can an employment contract be terminated lawfully?

The grounds, procedure and notice periods set out in the Labour Code must be respected. A termination without the correct procedure can lead to compensation, so seek advice before acting.

Can I hire a foreigner in Albania?

Yes. A foreign employee needs a Unique Permit for work, and we handle the process for you.
